Mark reached a cross roads in his HVAC career. The opportunity presented itself in 2007  to follow his dreams and open his own ac company. In May 2008, in the height of the the most serious financial crisis since the Great Depression, Mark and his wife Rachel started Duncan's Air Conditioning. With 4 little ones, failure was and is not an option.
